Policies--

Returns--

Returns are fine within 30 days of receipt as long as items are "as new" with tags still attached. Return shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error in shipment, or if item arrives and is not in working condition.

Payment--

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If necessary, we also accept cashier's checks or money orders.

Shipping--

Currently, we will ship to the 50 United States and to Canada.

Shipping is free to the cont. US for all orders over $75.00.

Shipping rates to the 48 states are as follows:

  • up to $49.99--------$4.95
  • $50.00-$74.99-----$7.95
  • $75.00 and up---FREE!
Most shipping to the 48 states is by FedEx ground service and will take 1-6 bus. days once shipped. The tracking number will be e-mailed to you so that you can check on the status of your shipment at any time.

Shipping to AK, HI, PR, USVI, APO/FPO addresses and all US Overseas Possesions (GU,AS,MH,MP,PW) will be as follows:

  • up to $49.99--------$9.95
  • $50.00 and up-------$14.95
These shipments are usually sent via Priority Mail with the US Postal Service.

Shipping to Canada will be as follows and will usually be via Priority Mail by the USPS. Any custom duties charged will be paid by the customer.

  • up to $49.99--------$14.95
  • $50.00 to $99.99----$19.95
  • $100.00 and up------$24.95


Insurance and delivery confirmation is included with all shipments.

Sales Tax--

No sales tax is charged except to shipments sent to NC addresses. The NC sales tax is 7.0%.
